About BIM

BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd (591848-P) is a leading management consulting firm in Malaysia established in year 2002, we have been adhering to the international management consulting model such as Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and even Singapore, providing various types of business management consulting & coaching projects and training needs. In the past 20 years, we have served many large, medium and small enterprises, included public listed companies, government sectors, chambers of commerce & industry and trade associations, especially small and medium enterprises, are our closest consulting, coaching and training target.

The consultants and trainers of our organization come from variety of different professional fields, each consultant has work experience in their respective professional fields, plus a complete experience of theoretical and practical, which can fully provide the most appropriate improvement plan for the business management needs of business owners. The consulting and coaching projects or training courses we are currently able to provide are very wide, including “Ren” (Human Resource Management), “Xiao” (Sales & Marketing Management), “Chan” (Production & Quality Management), “Fa”(Creativity & Innovation Development), “Cai” (Finance & Tax Management) etc.

In general, the enterprises whether large, medium and small will face different stages of the enterprise in just a few years of operation, although there is no certain order, our company basically divides it into four business modules as“Ni Zhuan” (Reversal), “zhi Sheng” (Winning), “Shen Geng” (Cultivation) and “Zhuan Cheng” (Inheritance); we will provide the most urgent needs and short, medium and long-term improvement plans or system establishment for their different needs.

CP Ng

CP Ng holds a bachelor degree in Hydraulic Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He started his career in 1990s and was in manufacturing field
for 12 years where he involved in engineering and management as a production manager, quality assurance manager, project manager and factory manager for the local and foreign corporations.

After gaining the related management experience in most of the working environment, CP Ng took his new challenges to be a management consultant and trainer with a Singapore and Malaysia consultancy firm. Later, he set up his own consulting and training firm – BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd in year 2002 to assist small and medium enterprise as well as big corporation in providing them a management solution. In the past 20 years, CP Ng had consult and trained the enterprise’s directors, managers, executives and supervisors in most areas like Vision Performance System (VPS), Total Management System (TMS), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Innovative for Enterprise Transformation, The Powerful Creative Thinking Tools for Innovative Organizations -Business MindMapping®, 5S & Kaizen, Continual Improvement and various ISO international certification. He was the special guest interviewed by TV news live broadcast and Columnist of business magazine.

CP Ng obtained his ISO lead Assessor certificate from SGS Yarsley Int.UK and he performed the ISO certification audit in associated with the certification body (CB). He is a registered management consultant with Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC)- Ministry of International Trade & Industry Malaysia (MITI); registered and certified trainer with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC)-Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia (MoHR).

CP Ng is a certified Buzan Licensed Instructor, as a practicing mind mapper and management consultant for the business industry, he share the laws of MindMapping®, and applied this powerful thinking tools for innovative and creative business environment of the enterprises, for instant ICC (Innovative & Creative Circle).CP Ng, who are also the Mandarin speaker has initiative to conduct the first Chinese MindMapping® program in Malaysia for the Chinese community and enterprise towards the era of thinking manager.

BL How

Mr. How major studies in Accounting & Marketing, he has been with both local and oversea corporation business unit, accounts & finance, risk management, franchise retail as head, manager, chief operation executive. During he works as COO for a retail chain, he created a good outcome as he managed to double the sales turnover, getting 5 times growth in profit, increase number of retail chain from 7 units to 47 units.
After nearly 20 years in various enterprises involved in accounting management, marketing experience and rich record of retail chain operations, Mr. How resolutely
established his own accounting management company, and then joined BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd becoming a combat-oriented marketing consultant, his consulting
& coaching projects and training events include Guerrilla Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Execution, Retail Chain and Franchise Management, various types of Digital Marketing Strategy Planning, Total Management System (TMS), the establishment and integration of Internal System, the planning and execution of Enterpreneurship and ISO International Certification.

Mr.How has also actively participated in various chambers of commerce & industry and associations, he has served as a director and the person in charge of promoting development of small and medium sized enterprises and information technology. He has also been a columnist of the “Opening a Store & Establishing a Business” in Nanyang Press, and also one of the chief writers of Enterprise Talent Forum in FB social media.

Wendy Tee

Wendy Tee Leap Sing has over fifteen years of experience in senior management and human resources positions for diversified industrial and business environments. Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Taiwan Soochow University), Master of Business Administration (UM), Master of Information Technology (UM), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Business Coach (UM), Registered Financial Planner (RFP), Certified Trainer (PSMB) and Certified Advance Human Resource Practitioner (MIHRM), she has undergone intensive academic training in various human development and knowledge improvement. Wendy is a member of the Malaysia Financial Planning Council (MFPC) as well as a Security Commission licensed financial planner.

Wendy is actively involved HR consultancy, training and research. She is a Human Resource consultant and certified trainer now appointed from Pembangunan Sumber Manuasia Berhad (PSMB), National Human Resources Centre (NHRC) and Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM), providing comprehensive and independent Human Resource advisory to clients. She is also involved in management and lecturing of Bachelor of Finance and Investment program from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College ( TARUC)

For the past fifteen years as a consultant and trainer in BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd, Wendy has been involved in consulting and training in Financial Accounting and Reporting Skills, Personal Financial Planning, Corporate Financial Management, Practical Budgeting & Cost Reduction Technique, Mastering Company Accounts for Financial Statement Analysis, Balance Scorecard linked with Performance Management, Training Need and Analysis, Payroll Administration Techniques and Setting Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). She is also now pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM).

Wendy completed and passed her GST exams organized by Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) with the cooperation and support from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMC) in 2014. She had advised more than hundred SME companies in Malaysia for getting ready on the implementation of GST during GST era, mainly dealing with the tax authorities over various GST issues, elements and scope of GST, cycle and operations, rulings, registration, administration, audit and investigations on behalf of her clients.

Sam Ooi

Ooi Tat Keat (Sam) was awarded the Degree of Bachelor (Hons) in Mechanical and Manufacturing System Engineering by Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom in 2001 and further studied in Master Degree in Business Administration.

Sam started his career in manufacturing industry in 2001 with a Multi-National Automotive Japanese Company job as a Kaizen Engineer. He headed a Kaizen Section assigned in tracking problems and carried out all type of improvement activity in the production line in order to improve the productivity, quality, cost reduction, etc. He was then been transferred to Production Industrial Department where he was trained in Production Process Development. Sam was promoted as Production Head and he was given a chance to involve in Production Line Management. After several years in manufacturing management process, he joined another Multi-National Japanese Company and headed a department that involves various type of manufacturing process such as stamping, plastic injection, coating etc.

Sam Ooi started the new challenge in education industry where he started contribute his knowledge and experience back to the society as a Part Time Lecturer in TAR University College while he started to be a part time Consultant in manufacturing industrial. With the training and the experience gained from the Multi-National Japanese Company, Sam Ooi is very sensitive to quality control, efficiency, cost effective issue in manufacturing process for any product. With his final year project in ISO Implementation System and Master Degree in Business Administration, Sam Ooi able to develop, manage and improve any manufacturing process from top of the management to the bottom of the production line.

After joined BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd as a management consultant and trainer, he is providing the various type of consulting and training such as 6S Good House Keeping and Kaizen, TPS (Toyota Production System), Lean Manufacturing system, TMS (Total Management System), VPS (Vision Performance System), ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Excellent Supervisory Training, 7 Waste Management, 7 QC tools, Production Industrial and Process Improvement etc.

Gary Ng

Gary Ng holds a bachelor of Business with Honours from University Sabah, Malaysia. He started his career in 2005s and was in manufacturing field for more than 10 years where he involved in production management such as production, planning & controlling, quality assurance & warehouse. During his service at manufacturing field, he also given chances to involve in enhancing productivity activities such as 5S, Kaizan, Kanban system etc. He also had an opportunity to master his Kaizen knowledge with Shuichi Yoshida (President of Gemba Tech Research Institute, Japan)
After gaining the related experience in most of the working environment, Gary Ng took his new challenges to be a management consultant and trainer with BIM consultancy firm. During his services in BIM Consultancy, Gary Ng is actively involved to consult and trained the enterprise’s directors, managers, executives and supervisors in most areas like Vision Performance System (VPS), Total Management System (TMS), 5S & Kaizen, Continual Improvement and ISO international certification. Meanwhile Mr. Gary also focus in helping Enterprise to motivate their organization team work spirit, he had conducted numbers of time of BIM Team Building Training for various industry of clients. Meanwhile, Mr. Gary also make himself involve in digital marketing which is current trends, he had performed a lot of research & study to help enterprise to enhancing their marketing especially in digital marketing strategy planning, techniques and execution.

Mr. Gary Ng has also actively participated in chambers of commerce & industry and associations, he has served as an active members of youth committee. He is aggressively to be one of the speakers, panelist and writers of Enterprise Talent Forum in FB social media.
